The CPI in January 2025 was 109.27(2021=100) which increased by 0.33% from the preceding month and rose by 2.57% compared with the same month in 2024.

Introduce percent change compared with the preceding month of 7 categories as follows:

1. Food group decreased by 0.22%.

2. Clothing group decreased by 1.59%.

3. Housing group increased by 0.25%.

4. Transportation and Communication group increased by 0.68%.

5. Health group increased by 0.38%.

6. Education & Entertainment group increased by 0.93%.

7. Miscellaneous group increased by 1.39%.

The CCI was 111.84(2021=100) which increased by 0.08% from the preceding month and rose by 1.18% compared with the same month in 2024.
