The CPI in December 2023 was 106.64(2021=100) which increased by 0.08% from the preceding month and rose by 2.80% compared with the same month in 2022.

Introduce percent change compared with the preceding month of 7 categories as follows:

1. Food group decreased by 0.14%.

2. Clothing group increased by 0.49%.

3. Housing group increased by 0.01%.

4. Transportation and Communication group decreased by 0.11%.

5. Health group decreased by 0.04%.

6. Education & Entertainment group increased by 0.48%.

7. Miscellaneous group increased by 0.34%.

The CCI was 110.05(2021=100) which increased by 0.46% from the preceding month and rose by 1.17% compared with the same month in 2022.
