3. Housing group increased by 0.10%.

4. Transportation and Communication group decreased by 0.82%.

5. Health group increased by 0.11%.

6. Education & Entertainment group decreased by 0.56%.

7. Miscellaneous group increased by 0.70%.

The CCI was 109.55(2021=100) which decreased by 0.02% from the preceding month and rose by 1.16% compared with the same month in 2022.
