The CPI in April 2023 was 105.06(2021=100) which increased by 0.70% from the preceding month and rose by 2.45% compared with the same month in 2022.

Introduce percent change compared with the preceding month of 7 categories as follow:

1. Food group increased by 0.36%.

2. Clothing group increased by 2.83%.

3. Housing group increased by 0.36%.

4. Transportation & Communication group incerased by 0.46%.

5. Health group decreased by 0.13%.

6. Education & Entertainment group increased by 2.08%.

7. Miscellaneous group increased by 0.37%.

The CCI was 110.08(2021=100) which increased by 0.04% from the preceding month and declined by 0.05% compared with the same month in 2022.
